They have got to be sick of those characters. I feel bad for them.

So. :/

Actually this was the first episode that really drew me in like the 1st and 2nd seasons did. I listened to it on headphones, and I think I'll be doing that from here on out with this series, because it lent more intimacy to performances that would otherwise have come off as icy or muddled. Particularly, I loved the

Up top. I think you'll survive just this once madchemist. ;)

I did and I commented on the episode. Ass.

I'm going to be very upset if they get rid of a better show simply because of a bit higher ratings.

To me it was like a skin-deep psychological study of broken people working in the Hollywood industry. A more scathing satirical film to me would be Swimming With Sharks, a more deeper dream-like film would of course be Mulholland Drive. I think MTTS lies somewhere in between those two films, but a bit more

…and then it will get canceled and tyrant apparently has been renewed. Life is so cruel sometimes. :/

I've seen Sssss! Also, Squirm. I love old hokey horror movies. Also Phase IV is a good one. Squirm is actually scary! You can find tons of good weird movies likes those on veoh.com.

The only thing that puzzled me at all was why did Benjie see Mika. He had never met Mika before. Other than that, I thought all the dots connected perfectly together in MTTS.

If they cancel the bridge and renew tyrant FX can kiss my ass two times.

One of the three worst shows on tv, Tyrant gets renewed. Let's see if we can make it a trifecta. Extant, Under the Dome, and Tyrant.

I think Mulholland Drive was a more iconic dig at Hollywood, but this film was certainly very good, satirical and funny and sad in the vapidness of it's characters. Hope you liked it!

Yep, I'm genuinely excited to see where next week's episode takes us.

The hostage video comedy is the only part I didn't like in the episode because we already have the movie Four Lions for that.

This was a fantastic episode. I wish every episode was like this. I prefer exploration of character motivations versus the execution of plot points from a to b to c.

Y'all will love it. Great acting, and a byzantine plot that makes sense once you make it to the end. Cosmopolis was a hard one to watch but this is very easy. Very well made. Memorable. :)

It's out if you know what I mean. ;) SO GOOD!

I haven't watched this episode yet so I'm not reading any of the posts but I wanted to tell you I just watched Maps to the Stars and it was incredible!

Not the same, because Dexter abandoned his kid for no reason with another killer. lol. I quite liked the idea that the NBK duo got away scot-free and with her being pregnant to start a hippie type colony. It was a societal judgment on all of us who watch and root for violent anti-heroes. I doubt Jax will survive this
