It's possible to use mencoder to do this, but it's a long and complicated command. You might also want to mogrify everything to the same size before this, so you don't get weird resolution problems.

@OCEntertainment: Blender has a somewhat-hard-to-use video editor, but once you learn it it's pretty solid.
