@SQLGuru: I still don't see how this is any better than just using wet shoes for traction without the rail. I taught water aerobics and did some physical therapy for several years when I was younger and several clients used just water shoes for resistance training.

So....it's just a pair of tennis shoes you can get wet and an elevated, textured pole.....
