One specific disappointment: I really hoped that early training scene where Rey destroys the droid with her staff rather than the lightsaber would of had some payoff.

Seeing the big purple robot at the end just makes me think Sonic is gonna fight Eva Unit-01.

Not a crossover. I just see the headlines and misread them as “Amon Amarth banned from Twitch” and my first thought is “They were on Twitch? What’d they do to get banned?” 

There has to be a good joke there somewhere.

Seinfeld had a huge amount of creative control over this film and it shows in its tonal weirdness, bizarre plot, and mixed messages.
