I’d say its more like trying to get the ouya app store onto the 3ds e-shop. Itch.io is friggin TINY compared to steam. There is no threat posed whatsoever. Valve could say no and it would perfectly be within their rights but if they do, it wouldn’t hurt buisness one bit.
