you keep telling me theyre niche as if i ever said any different.. yea they are niche. what im saying is that i dont consider “western animation shows” (the fact that theres no WORD for them should already tell you something) a medium in itself like i do anime

according to wiki the last spiderman episode was in 1998. ill say it again, how many new animated shows has the west released on 2015? which ones can i watch if i want horror / thriller or romance?

never intended to. just saying there IS some reason behind all the complaining. people were promised something that they never got.

i dont think its a medium per se in the west, i can only name, maybe 10-15 western shows. i dont consider them higher quality either but thats subjective obviously

watch dogs had effects just for the E3 demo and this game did kind of the same by releasing gameplay videos on an engine they never were going to use. whats worse is they even said the game will look better once released. 2 years later and it looks worse?

elitist and spoiled? i dont care for the game but the screenshots and videos they showed are even in a different engine which looks way better. worst part? only 3 days ago they kind of admitted there was a downgrade (they still said they didnt believe it was an actual downgrade though)

this isnt about animation quality its about which is the most popular, makes more money and what not.
