The base focus, mazda 3, and c30 all share steering, brakes, suspension. Many parts are interchangeable. I’ve worked on my c30, I’ve worked on a mazda 3, and I’ve worked on a focus. The c30 is not bad at all.

Needs a coolant reservoir.

A ‘98 Volvo s70/v70 T5. They can be manual swapped easily, parts are cheap, it’s easy to work on.
