I wouldn't buy this thing for half the price. As a Volvo enthusiast, I can say that these things make enough power with only a flashed ecu to crack the block. The people who have s60r's love them, but the cars are definitely not without their issues.

new oil if the car will go over the interval during the trip, check other fluids, top off windshield washer fluid, inspect tires for wear, set proper tire pressure. Make sure windshield wiper blades are good.

I have spent serious cash on my c30's suspension ($2k for coilovers, adjustable camber arms, end links, strut tower brace, RASB), and for the look on people's faces when I'm flying by them on a 2 lane exit ramp - IT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME!

Volvo's overseas problem also gives you 15 days european registration and insurance, airfare for you and another person to pick the car up after a factory tour, a night in a hotel, and the ability to ship it back from several drop off points in europe. Additionally, you can customize the car with any options you want…
