So I have a question: Why are they investigating this now? I mean, sure, better late than never, but given he spent the campaign paying his businesses with campaign donations, and has an extreme set of conflicts of interest, would it not have been fairly useful for people to have been made aware of all of that…

Have you read the comments there? They think this means he’s smart. Obama won’t pardon her (can you pardon someone for something they’re just accused of?) if he promises not to go after her. So he’ll lie until he’s in office, and then he’ll do it. Or maybe he will wait until his second term, that would be -really-…

They don’t encounter the noise of a car engine / professional football player running in their natural environment so haven’t evolved means to cope with them beyond the flight response.

I’ve heard it said in a number of places that black people are pretty baffled that white people seem to have just discovered how racist much of the country is, and I can definitely see how having it highlighted in this way could be seen as positive.

The thought just ran through my head that it would be funny if he ran because his campaign would be such a disaster and someone who was such an obviously out of depth celebrity would never actually get anywhere if he ran.

Every now and then I hear some politician say that it’s losing money and am completely baffled. Did they help people with illnesses at all? Because that would seem to be a more important metric for a public health system.

They voted for a selfish billionaire to solve the problem of the widespread influence of selfish billionaires in the political system. Who better to look after the sheep than a salivating wolf? I mean, who better than such a wolf to know what to look out for.

And I’m not terribly keen on the use of “family values” as a synonym of “douchebaggery”.
