Contributory negligence because if the motorcycle rider had not passed in a no passing zone there would not have been any way for that driver to swerve into them.

I love using the air horn on my truck and watch the startled induced wobble and in some cases the grassy median wipe-out. Motorcyclists are not above the law, but believe they ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY.

Instead of 6 tanks, they just developed 2 larger tanks with over twice the fuel and modifying the air-frame by moving the forward landing gear forward 3 feet to accommodate the larger tanks as well as re-configuring the avionics pods.
