The fires down there are crazy. Just went and looked to see if some of the big tankers here in the US are down there as they do go international when not needed up here. Global Supertanker (747) is not down there yet but 10 Tanker Air Carrier (DC10) is down there helping out. Some vids.

I’m an old who was recently diagnosed with ADD.

Christmas tree is down and dinner for the goats. I secretly love how clean and uncluttered the house is right now. 

This book is kicking my ass. I tweet about it a lot (I was told I have to build a following before even releasing anything to be successful) and people respond with enthusiastic curiosity. And that in turn gets me excited, like, “Oh, people actually want this. Cool.”

My country is on fire. My cousins came within literal feet of losing their property but are safe for now. I feel so helpless sitting here in suburbia, unable to do any more than donate money and cry. It feels like the apocalypse is nigh and there’s nothing we can do.
