Not quite true - Subaru Eyesight will detect and slow down for stopped cars at highway speeds BUT at highway speed (and even over about 60kmh) the closing rate and the lockon distance mean it may not have enough time to stop. I’ts more about reducing highway impact speeds than stopping highway impacts

I enjoyed this film alot but there was one MAJOR MARK DOWN for me - the damn offroad car chase - the film had put so much work into getting the texture and lighting of 60s films down pat, and then the car chase was super obviously ULTRA CRISP HD 4k 60 FPS and it just pulled me out of the movie so much
