I... don’t hate it.

Automated AI upscaling on character’s faces = bad.
Automated AI upscaling on everything else (DLSS) = good.
Yup. A lot of the AI hate comes from zoomers and boomers fearmongering about something they barely understand the utility of.
So many are against CC and their AI stuff and say its off topic. It shows you never watched their videos then as they said AI is part of being a visual effects artists. It’s another tool for people in the field to use. Lets face it, the hate just comes from boomer type minded people who don’t like progress.…
Why would anyone pay for a service they wouldn’t ever use? Wouldn’t they just be filtered out of the value proposition?
Give people their “consumer choice” and Free Market variety by offering a smorgasbord of different content options and we see how fast they *beg* for Monopolies.
“Real artists” definitely use ai. Turn around time isn’t instant, and a bunch of y’all were fine with it six months ago. Smh
It was written by somebody who calls a steering wheel a “driving wheel”, so...?
yikes that’s quite a glaring error lol
...and it was all the better for it, surely. Nobody is ever going to accuse O’Malley of being a great storyteller.
There also just wasn’t time for it. In order to fit six books worth of story into a sub-2 hour movie they have to hyper compress the story and cut basically ALL the filler, sub plots, character development, etc.
Can anyone help me understand whats so good about this series? I started reading the comics , and yeah Ive seen the movie before, and I just dont get it. I just finished the second issue, and it is still just boring? The characters aren’t interesting or particularly funny, the fights are... underwhelming, the art…
The reason why Stephen Stills didn’t come out as gay in the movie, as is mentioned here, is because they didn’t have time to adapt almost anything from the last book in the movie (they had to shoot the “Scott stays with Ramona” ending at the last minute to replace their original “Scott gets back together with Knives”…
This reads like a reach.
Wow, imagine how an actual critique of capitalism would impact you.
I somehow doubt even Hiromu Arakawa herself would agree with this take. But I’m glad that you somehow interpreted the story that way and it resonated with you.
The first anime was edgelord trash, Brotherhood was an actual story.
You have to work really hard to make it an allusion to capitalism, while it’s pretty easy to read it as fascism. If you have to work that hard to make it mean something, it’s probably intended to be something else.
lol, what
Nah
