Wow. I jumped back into CP77 with new hardware on v1.52. It’s *fine* and I guess excels at what it is. But my goodness is this way off the mark from what was promised. If this is it—then we essentially got an open world checklist game with some good bespoke story missions. Pretty huge disappointment. CDPR’s redemption

They are wrong.

I just replayed the bulk of it after patch 1.5 on pc. It’s slightly better, I guess? I played the day one version on pc as well, and didn’t really have any issues. It still lacks a transmog option, NPCs still behave bizarrely, everything except motorcycles is still largely un-drivable and city still feels kind of

Are you suggesting the anti-vax right wingers attempting a coup could see the future and were actually trying to recall him over this?

You tedious little shit.

I get that new concepts and words can be hard. The singular “they” in English only goes back to the 14th century

Oh fuck right off.

Learn English. They is a very common singular pronoun, and has been long before trans folk started using it.

“But there’s already a way to do this”

Polygon is proof of stake tied into etherium, so it still actually has pretty bad energy use. Also proof of stake still creates a lot of e-waste.

Nope, those are replacement tokens for that company’s specific next game, (something that could be done before without NFT, and therefore isn’t relevant). I’m talking about how the magic of NFT is that the original still have value despite the fact that the game they were made for no longer exists.

You’re at the top because the author didn’t respond to any other comments. You should know how that works since you’re a regular here. For someone who spends way too much time being toxic in the comments of a place they supposedly dislike, it’s kind of weird that you’ve wasted so much of your personal time here, idk.

Is that you, Logan Paul?!

Ugh, just stop.

“I want to remind us all of the benefits of in-person collaboration.”

Literally every covid precaution reduction is based on the idea that with a significant portion of the population vaccinated, it becomes safe enough that for the most part, the only people in serious danger are those who can’t be vaccinated (and rely on high vaccination of others to protect them) and those who refuse

No NFTs get such a bad rap because no one can present a compelling argument for what they’re actually good for. Worth noting that you make a point about what they’re not good for without even bothering to try and say what they are good for.

Because you can do all this already without NFTs. You’re adding complexity for zero added value, something that in any other industry would result in you getting your walking papers.
