Thanks for clearing it up... Trump 2016!

Boulder, Colorado. Post CU Graduation. Phi Betta Kappa.

That’s an excellent question.

I’ve worked with a ton of post grads on their way to various careers in psychology and I’ve witnessed a similar pattern: all “gun ho” on a particular discipline (Gestalt is in fashion, then Behavioralism, then Neuro something or other...) and then over the years, when they begin to realize how whacky and unscientific

People love to slam Freud, and in this video they are overly apologetic, but it’s not like defense mechanisms and transference have any relevancy today, right?

Aliens versus Ant Man is the crossover I most want now, thanks.

Hate to be the naysayer but it brought back everything I loathed about Jonze’s, Where The Wild Things Are and how that heavy handed melancholy works in Her, Adaptation, and BJM, but not when real childlike mystery, wonder, and joy are required. It’s as stark a difference as Harry Potter versus The Bell Jar.

“Thinking is a form of emasculation.” WOW. Thanks for sharing. Really amazing read.

Cheryl, I wrote my review a week or so ago when I caught the screening and I’ve been dying to talk about this movie. I’ve been reading everything I can about it today and this is honestly one of the best things written about the movie... you’ve expertly put it... what makes this movie so scary has almost nothing to do

I’m chomping at the bit to talk about it...

I caught a screening of this last week and can’t say anything till release date and my review comes out... but I can say that the less you know, the less you build it up in your mind, just truly experience it... you won’t be disappointed. Of course, that could be said of most films. BTW — Deadpool is one of the few

Kevin Smith. I lost all respect when he, and his minion tribe, bagged on The Addams Family and called it, “Soulless.” The only show on TV at the time that a. showed a couple that actually loved each other b. showed a couple as equal partners and not that crazy daddy-daughter shit they had going on every other show at

Third time’s a charm? The first one I thought — great actors, great premise, but missed opportunity. The second one I thought — way more fun, better execution, and more satirical bite. Looks like with the third one they’ve finally figured it out.

Thanks. I’m almost done with Altered Carbon, and loving it, so it may be a good amuse-bouche.

Not nearly at that level... but when my dad passed I found out that he was setting bookmaking odds and advice for a gambling site in Mexico City. All his words were translated. I was WTF?

Nice shout out to Rowena Morrill... my dad worked for Pocket Books and got to know her art well... amazing.

I love this show (re-watching all episodes now) but now I’m stuck like I am with GoT... I’ve not read any of the books and don’t know if I should. Will the books help/enhance the show?

Now playing

Katharine is right about needing to be a step ahead and they’re a step behind. I loved the pre Google comment. Nice shout out to Catholic/Jesuit education. Speaking of conspiracies... I feel like Rupert “Moloch” Murdoch got to approve each script. It doesn’t help that the X-Files is the lead in to version of Lucifer
