It has a good reason to be upset: you evolve into this ‘Mon by trading with a specific other one, Karrablast, so the little blue dude swipes his helmet mid trade. In a new land with a new owner, Accelgor knows he’ll never find that helmet ever again. It’s a hard life for our movie quality bug ninja.

I love Ys VIII’s music, and the game in general! Some of the end game tracks are incredible. I picked it up on your recommendation, actually. The first act of the game was sort of slow, but man, as soon as Dana comes into the picture the game gets great for story pacing and action. I’m really looking forward to IX

Different strokes for different folks, I suppose, haha. I feel you’re underselling Omega Force in this day and age, considering that they go out of their way to establish a connecting thread to the franchises they do spinoffs for. They’ve kept a consistent eye for detail to other nod to or recreate fan favorite

M partner and I both reacted to this similarly this morning. When it wasn't in SM3DAS, I was like "well, okay, I guess they would be pretty similar on one thing" but then the sizzle reel happened and we were going "...are they just wiping SMG2 from the map?"

I was wondering what was up with this, as I had gotten an email this morning informing me of this offer. Asking me to sign up for a chance to get a pre-order for a system when I have no idea when it exactly launches or how much it is certainly throws me for a loop, haha. It does make me think they’ll be announcing

I absolutely love physical things, be it video games, figures, or what have you. Now that I'm in my own house with my partner this year, she and I combined collections into a room dedicated for gaming. That said, especially on my Switch, I end up downloading titles I know will be frequent plays, like multiplayer games

I’ve got a different robotic warrior, if that counts! Maybe not as savory a fellow, but he’s got heart. The blue man probably fails to keep him in check. My hobbies have helped my mood for 2020 immensely, along with my loving partner, haha.

I was so happy to see they got the guy back for a second showcase, as his previous GDQ outing was just as amazing. My partner and I were totally mesmerized last time, and can't wait to watch this one!

I’ve been fortunate enough to keep working during the pandemic in my job at a local tabletop/board game store (we’re majority online for sales here), so now that I hide at home instead of going out anywhere I’ve found myself with extra income for my inner collector. This has turned into a recent large increase on

I got this as soon as I discovered it last week, it’s an amazing experience. If you really want an honest recreation of that “First time playing” feeling to a gem like SMB3, this emulator does that in spades. For friends who don’t know of it, it’s also a fantastic party trick! I look forward to what games get added to

I’m going to be honest, the drama that has engulfed the racing sports since going to video game format has got to be some of the most intense (and frequent) I’ve read about a sport in such a small window of time. It's sort of amazing, albeit ridiculous.

I’ve worked at a wonderful LGS for years, and the last month has been crazy. I’m very fortunate that A) my boss is a very kind man who’s given the squad PTO on the house to help cover this period and B) we get to still function in an online capacity for orders. We’re lucky we get to sell Games Workshop product online

I’m a FEH boy who’s already been paying 10 dollars every other month on average for the monthly orb bundles as my way of support, so this is sort of just another way instead of that to support the game. QoL additions behind a pay wall isn’t great, although I do think the game as it is F2P is very generous. In fact,

Thank you for this piece, Jason. These implications of the work place aren't always thought about, like you said, and it helps keep me grounded about how game development really is beyond the sympathy I and others have. It's important the spotlight never leaves this subject.

I understand the gripes behind FE main #8, though as a whole I'm still pleased by the mix up of having a Nintendo rep and not another crossover. Plus, each newbie has had fun different playstyles, so I have no doubt Byleth will too! Like, those dudes have a proven track record already, why are we worried, haha.

So I may be in the minority, but this seems actually okay? I had been feeling like 3rd Party fever was getting out of hand lately, so I was actually pretty happy to have another Nintendo character. I do love FE, so that helps, though the series is unfortunately the only active Nintendo IP making new characters we
