I found the shots when Marc is leaving the museum on the CCTV, and looking at the camera, with Steven looking back - shot-to-shot-to-shot-to-shot of the same actor staring at us, a masterclass... the hair is the same, the clothes are the same, but Oscar Isaac exuded such different energies as each character that it

That sounded ridiculous to me too. If a dyno isn't simulating wind resistance, what is it even doing at that point? Just acting as a roller? Might as well put the car in jack stands then and run the test. Clearly it was simulating some approximation of wind resistance or the range would have been through the roof.

If we’re going modern games, it’s all about that Gran Turismo Sport. I can’t wait for 7 to drop. If we’re going classic- since Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 has been mentioned- it’s either Rally Cross 2 or Thunder Truck Rally, both on PS1. Honorable mention to Destruction Derby 2

Unless there’s a big loophole that was just discovered, good luck getting anything on ag/farm plates registered for the road. If you get caught driving it in Michigan for non-farm purposes they get to fine you and potentially revoke them entirely.

I totally missed what was being highlighted here. The word “contestant” bothered me throughout the post, so that’s what I what I read, even when the text was “constant.”

“If I don’t make it look like this I’ll get fired”

What’s more limited that we’re finding out? That it doesn’t have a secret power boost it never claimed to have? That in the very first interview they clarify the battery life pretty clearly: 2-8 hours, depending. 4 hours on Portal 2, 5-6 with a 30fps cap? You can only play Breath of the Wild for like 3 hours on a

Counterpoint: it’s fine, actually. Cars crash when you race them.

If you listen closely to the recording he saw “oh I have a pen mark, does anyone have any of that white stuff.” So I’m guessing White Out.

...that’s still not great. Willow Springs Raceway averages 96-97 F over the summer. Meaning quite a few days are warmer than that. I’m sure there are other tracks across the country with similar weather patterns.

That’s about as smart as bypassing the seat switches on riding lawn mowers and the ones for garage door openers.  It only takes that one time...

Now that I’ve read the post, I’m disappointed. I thought it was so the drivers could keep their eyes on the track.

I loved every second of this movie and this trilogy, and I’m satisfied as fuck. All morning I’ve been reading the posts/comments of every little Ebert in the world, all going on and on about this movie in every which way possible. The way I see it is this - it’s Star Wars. It’s always been exactly what it is. It’s

That’s greatly reduced with floating rotors... also done in an effort to reduce rotational and unsprung mass. The cooler rotor hats give off less heat to the wheel and wheel bearing assemblies. This is also the reason why a lot of modern sports car brakes are T H I C C boys with cooling ducts.
