there has been too much of a swing to the micro seasons.  6 to 8 episodes isn’t the right length for most stories/series.  22 to 26 tends to be too much, but we lost value in just getting to know the characters outside of driving the plot forward with these super condensed series.

I wish Netflix would introduce a block function that I could use specifically for these (and any other Synder material at this point).

Saw it last night, and the only thing I can think is that Germain was high AF when he saw the movie, b/c all of his questions are answers, you’re just not hit over the head with them.

That’s not a movie, that’s a 8-12 episode series.  Needs time to breathe

I judge individuals on there own and not groups in general, but the habit of white-lining has to go. Just b/c you can, doesn’t mean you should, I mean, i get it when traffic is almost at a standstill, but it’s a d*ck move, not really any different than a car driving on the shoulder.

Looks to me that they never really left the main roads which aren’t much above a typical dirt road. Could probably be handled by any 2wd vehicle with decent clearance.

B/c it’s a boring “hill”, and for Hidden Falls I’m not even sure it’s part of a major trail, more of a turn off of the main roads to start one of the trails.

Having been to Hidden Falls a couple of times, I can confidently state that it isn’t worth watching. I don’t think you even really need 4WD for it. That’s barely a bump and if the CT can’t do that, then it never got off of the main roads, and even then still ran into problems.

8 Episode season is already too short. Chopping it in half? f’ that.

I’m missing this, what did they change about Kanan?  To be fair, I didn’t know the character existed outside of Rebels, sooo...

I’m tired of series that are over in 6 episodes.  Give us FULL seasons again.

I think they realized that the way they were writing shows as just longer movies doesn’t play well to weekly episodic television.

Then why do they want Earth? which is near a jump point and the kree most definitely know about.

I hope they just wipe Secret Invasion, label it a What If and ignore it. Nothing about it matched as either before or after The Marvels.

Have you watched the trailer for Skeleton Crew? It references a galaxy torn by war, the Empire hunting them, it’s phrased and set to feel like it is during the rebellion against the Empire, but apparently is set during same time as Mandalorian and Ahsoka... I’m betting Thrawn immediately takes over the Imperial Remnant…

He only had one ship and no star maps.  And who knows who else in the galaxy to push back against him.

Yep, plus we’re freaking huge and a geographic fortress. Even if another nation could get a reasonable foothold on the continent, getting far in any one direction would be a near impossibility.

Oh shit, now I’m thinking about how fantastic it would’ve been if it turned out that Qui-Gonn was actually the Sith Lord behind everything.
