I wonder how many designers & engineers that worked on this will actually reference it on their resume?

I understand why you picked up blackmail, but that wasn’t blackmail, that was her negotiating her services to help his plan.
I judge individuals on there own and not groups in general, but the habit of white-lining has to go. Just b/c you can, doesn’t mean you should, I mean, i get it when traffic is almost at a standstill, but it’s a d*ck move, not really any different than a car driving on the shoulder.
Looks to me that they never really left the main roads which aren’t much above a typical dirt road. Could probably be handled by any 2wd vehicle with decent clearance.
B/c it’s a boring “hill”, and for Hidden Falls I’m not even sure it’s part of a major trail, more of a turn off of the main roads to start one of the trails.
Having been to Hidden Falls a couple of times, I can confidently state that it isn’t worth watching. I don’t think you even really need 4WD for it. That’s barely a bump and if the CT can’t do that, then it never got off of the main roads, and even then still ran into problems.
I think they realized that the way they were writing shows as just longer movies doesn’t play well to weekly episodic television.
Yep, plus we’re freaking huge and a geographic fortress. Even if another nation could get a reasonable foothold on the continent, getting far in any one direction would be a near impossibility.
The final two books, Tower of Swallows and The Lady of the Lake are primarily about Ciri. Geralt has his own adventures, but you could pretty much say his story is treading water while Ciri is going through her story.
Saw it mentioned elsewhere in the comments, but the change to the IMF was truly WTF.
Oh come on. They spend more time & effort giving this NPC a back story so it COULD respond to these standard questions than it would’ve taken to write this interaction and do the voice work.
Yeah... kinda seems that way. I mean, maybe it ends well, but the front episodes aren’t griping enough to ensure people will stick around for the end?
Rebels is must watch if you love Star Wars. Clone Wars is good to great toward the back half of the series. Even if you never watch Ahsoka you will appreciate the time you took to consume Rebels.
Ancient arrows, bow that shoots 2-5 and stealth suit. Sneak up on them and when the eye swings around on you finally, unload right in the eye. Most times it’s an instant kill, if it’s not they’re stunned for a moment and you can put them down with a second shot.
The butterflies hollow out the host’s skull to make room for themselves and take over. There is no saving the human’s life, they’re 100% dead.
Nah, he’s just a complete psychopath/sociopath that doesn’t understand normal emotions. Like the way Murn was talking to Economos earlier about how he’d never expressed feelings before, even “being cold”.
The movie/script does not pretend at all that the laws of physics apply to the cast. It specifically points out and laughs at how they do, absolutely, NOT.
Cops are incredibly dangerous. End of statement. Non-white people is where they can more obviously and easily get away with it (world wide, not just in the US, thanks Britain and the rest of Europe), but the behavior of protecting the bad actions of their own, instead of holding them to a higher standard means that…
Give your local Barnes & Noble a try. One of my local ones moved their cards all behind the counter and won’t let anyone buy more than one of single line. Caught them out of the corner of my eye and was able to get my kids a Battle Styles booster packs after weeks of looking for anything.
I think we’d agree on most here, I like the idea of flipping the script. An insurgent force that was dragging the New Republic through the quagmire with the leader being the “fallen” son of the famed Lei Organa-Solo and the former student of Luke Skywalker. Still have Rey but have her as a student of Luke, and have…
