Definitely they’re producing the first run of the Switch, but the way Nintendo operates is to predict demand and manufacture to that level. They do not produce surplus. It means, like I said, that they underestimated 3DS demand caused by Pokemon (because Pokemon is clearly the major title driving this right now).
