Can we talk about whatever-the-hell accent Malkovich is using? There are real Russian accents, acting Russian accents, and that dog’s breakfast of vowel sounds that come out of Andolov’s mouth.

As soon as I saw Jocelyn and her kids and thought, “So this is how it goes, Michonne and Daryl are going to kill some bitch and her kids.”

errr...why didn’t they just lay low and hide in the building, instead of advertising their presence to everyone? Or better yet, just go back home?

Overall another really solid episode. I don’t think it can be overstated how much better this writing and pacing is compared to what we were getting back in the throes of the Negan and Lucille days. Things aren’t perfect of course, but this is very watchable television.

Checkmate, Speilberg

I’m not sure that this walked the line between serious and silly as well as “Moo Moo” did. I felt tonal whiplash a few times watching the episode. Maybe it’s because Braugher and Crews are so good but I think they handled the balance better than it was done here. 

I get that Henry’s hormones are making him stupid,

I spent the last few seasons hoping they’d kill off Carl, such was my hatred for the character/actor. So, they finally grant this wish...only to replace him with a new Carl who is a million times worse! Truly a monkey’s paw ironic punishment situation.

If Ezekiel doesn't screen Green Book for the Kingdom then what are we even doing here.
