This is the third jet powered 280zx I've seen. I think the ZX must have the highest jet-conversion/cars-produced ratio ever.

Cosby may have captured it best.
Jeez, that's a big boy.
Ten points Griffindor!
How about while parking?
Ok I'll preface this by saying I'm at work and can't look at the official FB page for the project just yet. That said, from what I can tell he is basically rebodying an MR2 and presumably doing some modifications while he's at it including the engine swap.
Jeremy Clarkson has one of the most expressive faces I've seen. One of my recent favorites was the smug winning face.
I got my licence right around when NJ instituted the '6 points of ID' system to ramp up security after 9/11. They have gotten better at explaining the how the system works in recent years, but initially it was impossible to figure out what all you needed and what did not count.
I went to that when I was visiting my girlfriends parents who live in the area. There was sweet metal but that F40 and the vert GT were DEFINTELY not there when I was. I wish they were!!

I only initially brought the car to the city because I had a shop in the Bronx for a year where I would work on cars after work, but then I realized it really isn't all that bad, at least in…
Having lived in both, NYC is leaps and bounds better than DC. Can't speak for Chicago though.
Eh, I keep a car in the city and it isn't that bad as long as you're not in midtown.
That's not entirely true, these runs seem to be on different days or at least different times of the day, varying temperatures, track conditions etc, but that's beside the point. To me, doing the same thing over and over is the definition of impressive for a machine. To do anything else is a flaw. Sure a car that…
Wheel generators? Please elaborate.
Yeah, My 240z is similar. The upper part is narrow to clear the spare tire, so the first 2/3 or so of the tank fly by, and the last 1/3 lasts forever.
