The only reason I read the article was because I thought it said “ruin.”

I dug my Wii out of the basement because my five year old wanted to play Mario. I set that up so we could play Super Mario Bros Wii, and I also built a RetroPie so we could play the original. He now refers to the Wii version as "new Mario" and "his Mario" while the original is my Mario. 

Toshiba. Lots of experience building industrial motors and motor controls. They would be able to build the platforms for the cars without much challenge. They have lots of experience with computers and other home electronics, so they could develop the software and user interfaces. 

I feel like the addition of one or more photos would have been helpful. I know the slideshow format is unpopular, but this is one situation where a slideshow would have been an improvement.

The finer control argument goes out the window when you factor in how the position of the crank handle is affected by things like gravity and how your leg rests against the door panel. Those factors limit how many positions you can really open the window to.
