Too much snacking - my workstation is now 5 feet from the fridge

Its so sad to see what TLC is now, considering it was started by fuckin NASA

If BMW/Merc can claim a large, 4 door vehicle is a couple, why can't Nissan claim that was the first crossover? It's obvious words don't have meaning anymore in the auto industry

Adafruit has a good tutorial.

I have this problem. I'll listen to this later to figure out how to solve it.

Must be only on certain trim levels. My dad's 2013 F-150 has them.

That's disappointing. In my 99, you couldn't override the auto lights. In my 08, you could. I tried to figure out a way to override the auto lights in my 99, but the only thing I could figure out was pushing the park brake pedal in until it clicked once, then starting the truck.

They must have changed that at some point. My 2008 Pontiac G6 is in Auto mode when it starts, but the headlight switch has a position marked "auto off" which disables the automatic headlights until you reenable it or shut the car off. The next time you start it it will be automatic again.

Makes sense. Now that you put it that way, I understand.

My 1999 Chevy S10 had auto headlights. If a cheap truck like that can have them, I don't understand why newer cars can't have them.

Back in 2010 I was shopping for a used car and was shocked to find out that the Pontiac Grand Prix had ABS as an option in 2008! My wife's 2002 Sunfire had it, how could they make a newer, better, more expensive car that didn't have it standard?

As a kid that grew up watching the adventures of Capt Picard, I always referred to them as Star Trek minivans

Daycare taught our son a few signs, and we tried to teach him a few more. For a while he would sign for milk, then once he started talking would say and sign milk at the same time. There were a few other signs he would use once in a while, but the only one he still uses at 3 1/2 years old is please. He will always

How is Trump going to react when he finds out GM sold their plant to the Chinese?

I stayed at a hotel recently that had a box sitting in front of the TV with HDMI ports and said how to connect your devices to the TV.

Doing about 75 on the freeway, a mile or two from my exit. I coasted the rest of the way to the exit, up the offramp, up a couple blocks, around the corner and down the frontage road a couple more blocks, and came to a stop at the gas pump without touching the brakes.

I bought a pair of resistors but I have to cut holes in the sheet metal to make them fit and I'm too lazy to do that. I have had them for a couple years and so far haven't been pulled over.

I don't really care about the power draw. I figure it's not going to noticably affect my fuel economy. I had both tail lights and a tail light in my other car burn out within a week of each other. I decided changing bulbs in the winter outside sucks Soni figured LEDs would probably last as long as the car will.

I put name brand LEDs (Sylvania or philips ,i don’t remember) tail/turn signals on my Pontiac G6, and I live with the stupid hyperflash. I found adaptors on Amazon that fix it, but there’s no space between the housing and the sheet metal for the trunk. I figured I could probably cut a hole in the sheet metal but I
