I've always said, composition is composition, it doesn't matter if it's taken with a cellphone or a $50k Hasselblad - the opportunity for a great photo is always there no matter the gear. You can take excellent pan shots with today's higher end point & shoots and mirrorless cameras. They're more than suitable for web…

Practicality aside, let's point out how accurate that was. Dropping that much water from above at speed without getting a drop on that guy's phone or the road block down the road. Impressive. That pilot (like many) has some serious skill.
