That should tell you something else. The majority of people reading the article, far more then commenting, are pro-union. The loudest minority (commenters) are against the unions, they just talk more about it. The best part is most of the non-union comments just bring up articles about the union doing something bad

23.50 an hour is not 80k a year.

Those teachers can move to a charter or private school at any time if they want to escape the union. My guess is they don’t because they don’t want to lose their job one day over petty office politics, or because the principal or AP took something they said the wrong way.

How did she conceal a plane crash while she was unconscious from the time of the plane crash until after she had surgery?

Banwala declined to provide any photographic evidence from the summit or even give the names of the four Sherpas who allegedly helped them to the top

I was entertained. PSO2 is a weird exclusive for Sega to give Microsoft, but I’m glad it’s coming West. I was very surprised to see Keanu Reeves in Cyberpunk, so there was that. Blair Witch is seemingly random for a game license like... 20(?) years later? Speaking of licenses, I thought the Lego thing for Horizon 4

Yes, but you can’t carry that xbox around wherever you go if you travel a lot. Sheesh, it’s like people are actually refusing to consider that other people have different kinds of lives, like in every article with a gaming laptop there’s always gotta be that guy “hurr durr, you can get a monster of a PC at that price”

Don’t worry, in 12-18 mos. Google will forget about it as well.

This one is far deeper into the grey area than you claim, though it’s also not cut-and-dry against you, either.

Have you not played COD before?

wasn’t aware that Halo was based off actual military combat.

Completely disagree, someone could come out of the woodwork for so many different things it’s insane. I don’t want to be playing military simulation games a decade from now where they are so afraid of getting sued they can’t use realistic weapons, vehicles, technology, hell even clothing designs. This just opens up

It doesn’t help that the actress playing Anathema is terrible.

I think the biggest problem is that Anathema and all of the witch stuff feels like it was written separately from everything involving Az and Crowley. The show doesn’t rectify this, its almost like someone had a short story about and angel and a demon, handed the writting off to someone else to turn into a book, but

I like the tone of the book just fine—I’m one of the biggest Terry Pratchett fans you’re likely to meet, and I think Gaiman’s sections do a decent job of matching Sir Pterry’s voice. But it is, structurally, a complete and utter mess, a series of incidents and digressions that just sort of happen with no rhyme or

Damn, Enemy Within had promise.  I thought the first season was pretty good, but I don’t know where they were going to go with it, if she would actually be some kind of double agent, or something.

The Enemy Within and Whiskey Cavalier both began airing around the same time.  The Enemy Within was the better of the two.  At least it didn’t continuously portray FBI agents as clueless idiots (like The Following did for two seasons).

I tried to like Abby’s, but I couldn’t. 3 camera live audience/laugh track nonsense just feels outdated and cringey. I hope Natalie Morales can be in something good and successful soon. Also fuck you Netflix cancelling Santa Clarita Diet.

I’ve tried this. I don’t order food much, but I saw an article like this and figured I’d do that. Tried two places - both said they don’t deliver. I could pick up, or use one of the delivery services.

Counterpoint: My orders are generally delivered faster, and more accurately when I order through Grubhub. That’s if I can even bother the restaurant to pick up the damn phone when I call in the first place.
