I would recommend leaving Episode IV playing on the TV at all times, as a background for everyday actvities... Your kid will watch some of it, and getting interested enough to ask for more

The idea is to share something you love with your kids. If you let them to elarn about starwars, they probably would get bored wathcing episode I, and lose interest in starwars alltogether.
