Exactly, the pt isn't fast, but I made myself have fun in it. Besides, first cars being slow should be a thing. Therefore, every car afterwards is an improvement.

Isn't that the car that went for $13k new? If so, then yes, it is awesome on that fact alone, :).

I like the aztek, it's different, I like different. Not to crazy about the hhr, it seems too blocky to me, :/.

I like the pt, and choose it over the others, because it was different from everything else. Granted, I knew nothing of cars back then, but I liked how it looks. I feel like most cars are too similar, at these the ones in my price range.

Ha, I was lurking LiveAndLetDiecast when someone mentioned I made the FP, awesome!

Ha, and how do you hoon your Cutlass? :)

Depends on the driver, and if your used to driving in snow. I spent 5 summers in Florida then moved back to MI, only to be treated to one of the worst winters the state has seen in a while (this was two years ago). Also I live in the country, in a place where people plow when they care to.

That's why I got the prix, the engine.

Same here, it's why I got a prix with a 3.8L engine. It's suppose to be bullet proof (watch, I break that curve somehow).

I do, because it gets me thinking and inspires me to research it more. Granted, the older post were more informative then current ones. Still, it gave me the push I needed into the magical world of cars.

Pavement to dirt was the best. I could maintain my speed going between the two. I feel it’s harder with the prix. Actually the prix is more difficult on dirt roads, especially 120 degree turns. I'm working my way up there though, :).

Pt hating new bug is a thing? I can understand pt versus a hhr (Bryan Nesbitt, you traitor), but not a new bug hate.

I think our problem was that the cost of a single repair was a couple months worth of payments. Then we had another, and another. It just added up, :(

Ha, it’s ok. I learned to appreciate cars through the pt. if that can’t be defined as a gearhead, i don’t know what is, :).

Yeah, I've come to realize I most likely will never own a rwd car, because practically beats fun by a long shot.

Exactly. I had one 90 degree right-hand turn where I had a clear view of all traffic in any direction (this is in the country, of course). I made it a game to see how fast I can whip around that turn, while using little to no brakes. I think I got up to 40 mph in the pt, maybe more. With the prix it's hard to achieve

That would work if the person knows about cars. I didn’t. I became a gearhead after owning the car for a few years. So the shock of the pt hate caught me off guard.

6. It’s a “enjoy what you have, not what you don’t” moment.

Heck ya, i made the top 10 list!
