That's a really great point. I've been doing a rewatch straight through from season 1, and it's always interesting to note those parallels.

Actually, they do give a hint at the difficulty in telling if someone is physically there or visiting in an earlier episode - Riley's on the plane to Chicago, and the monk from the rave starts talking to her. She's just woken up, and it takes a moment before she realizes that she's being visited.
I'm sure you're right about that. I think there would be a fan riot if they didn't!
Actually, Rajan's company making blockers would kind of make sense. After all, everyone who has them - Lila, Puck, etc - has made a point of not telling our characters where they got them. Maybe that's going to be a reveal next season. It could definitely work, especially since they've spent some time in the last…
Lito trying to explain the situation to Dani and Hernando would be (hopefully will be) really interesting to watch. "'So, you know that crying Korean lady I saw in my car that one time?'" [Sun: 'I wasn't crying.'] 'Well, she's real, and there are 6 other people like her living in my head on a pretty much permanent…
I thought that I read that they approached them about renewing their contracts back in March, so maybe it'll be a bit sooner than we think.
One of the producers said on Twitter that Wolfgang was being held in a different, more secure location, hence grabbing Whispers and Jonas to possibly engineer a trade.
I just rewatched season 1, and I had the same thought!
I have mixed feelings about the surprise. On the one hand, it was a definite "YES!" *fist pump* moment when Will just punched him in the face, so as an emotional exercise it worked pretty well. On the other hand, I just wish they'd left themselves a little more room for resolution. If we could have seen not just the…
The BPO stuff is pretty interesting to me (and Whispers is a great villain), but it's all so confusing still that I tend to spend more time puzzling over what exactly is going on than enjoying it. All the stuff with Angelica, the zombie program, the internal factions - it's interesting, but I think it needs to be…
How did I mess that up? He's one of my favorite characters. Thank you!
"From Queer to Eternity" might be one of my favorite scenes from the entire show so far. It's just so lovely, and a beautiful affirmation of Lito and Hernando's relationship. It would make for some tasty drama, but I'm not sure I could watch Blake Hunter come between them - they're just too perfect together.
The…
The actual moment in the church worked for me just fine - it was more the general idea of being able to pick up exactly where you left off because the warrants were electronically deleted. I feel like it would have to come with some kind of disappearing act - she did some legitimately illegal things during her escape…
The original warrant might not have been, but she did assault several police officers and steal a car during her big escape in season 1. At the very least there would be reports.
I accept intercontinental psychic bonds, but I trip on the idea of disappearing paperwork. Funny how that works.
Ok, I have issues with the whole e-death thing. How do you have all of your warrants, etc. erased and then just resume your old life exactly as before? Wouldn't there be a paper trail of some kind? When the concept was first introduced, I thought that they were going to erase her identity and then have her start over…
Maybe they leave some kind of residual psychic imprint on each other when they connect, so that even after they die there's still some occasional access to their memories/personalities.
Of course, that doesn't explain anything about Sarah Patrell, so maybe they're just ghosts.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I had no idea Luke Evans was gay! I'd call him an action star
Right? I really want that black jumpsuit and scarf combo she wore for the cemetery scene.
I love how Lito and Sun give each other a kind of emotional balance. Even going back to season 1, she's always repressing and he's always wallowing - it was a nice moment when she sort of tells him to toughen up and remember all of the things that he does have, and he comes back and tells her that sometimes you just…
My tastes are apparently way cheesier than I ever realized, because I loved that moment. I guess it was a little silly, in retrospect, but it's always nice when Kala gets fierce and makes things explode.
