Hello. One of the many hats that I wear is a transportation. Yes, I have opinions on the internet, but people pay me for my opinions of transportation and make huge dollar decisions based on that.
I live in Dublin and work in New Albany and people here absolutely admit they don’t want more COTA stops, which sucks because 270 is some weird post apocalyptic hell from 7-9 am and 4-6 pm.
Also a Columbus resident, and I share your sentiments on this bullshit grift. The current stadium is in sort of a goofy, in-between, purgatory part of town, but tough titties, chief.
Cool, they have a plan to maybe improve the system someday! That doesn’t mean shit to the people (like me) that actually have to use public transportation in Columbus and found it incredibly frustrating. If publicly trashing their efforts on a comment thread hurts their feefees, then maybe it will actually push them…

You obviously are not from Columbus. This stuff is has been discussed for my 20+ years here. None if it has moved an inch. Great for ODOT powerpoints and jerk off sessions, but completely lacking in reality.
But...but...light rail, hyper loops and all that other dumb shit that Columbus touts but never does. We are a wonderful fat midwestern city that prides itself on driving everywhere.
Fellow Columbus resident. The stadium is actually in a perfect place. Its right by a major North/South highway which makes it relatively easy to get in and out, and it is right near OSU’s campus and just north of Downtown.
I’m not sure where there would be land for it anyway.
