This. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but Unreal and Unity are the only major engines that anyone can start using for free, right? That alone gives Unreal a huge edge in the marketplace, and that’s not going away any time soon.

Have there been any updates on non-mobile versions of this game? Tood Howard mentioned consoles and Windows when it was announced. I’m curious how differently an Xbox One version would play.
From what I can surmise, this game’s plot is basically Injustice, but Power Rangers?
Worth noting that this is an instance where AI isn’t better than a talented human. But it would take that human a lot of time and effort. You’re getting similar output essentially for free.
Same here. I really like the idea of Dwarf Fortress, but the amount of mental investment needed to start playing is just overwhelming. Hopefully the Steam version addresses that.
Can’t wait to see this comment goes within the next day.
I’m not all that surprised. When Microsoft acquired Bungie, it was mostly allowed to do its own thing. Microsoft has let Minecraft be Minecraft and it’s worked well.
On the flip side, it’s perfect, given that Gollum can’t fly.
I didn’t know goo.gl was going away; that’s probably the only thing I see on that site that I’ve used and will actually miss.
Yeah, but that just improved tracking, and only in games that supported it. Only a handful of games actually required it, and half of those came bundled with the add-on block.
You visit a bunch of separate, small, contained levels?
It’s a textbook case of RAS syndrome.
Good news to me. I was interested in Heavy Rain and the like, but I’ve never had a Playstation so hadn’t had a chance to play them. I’m not much of a PC gamer, but if that’s the only way to play it, I don’t mind.
Which words?
Mario’s in a sombrero, so I don’t think Mueller was what they were casting him as.
I guess there’s no chance of ever having Circle of the Moon ported to a modern platform?
Usually “sweetened” refers to added sugar, so I doubt they’re including things like juice and milk that have naturally-occurring sugar.
A Microsoft account is the login you’re using for Microsoft services. You don’t have to use any of their email products, as you know. I don’t either.
That’s marketing fluff. I’m sure the Xbox One’s operating system shares a lot of APIs, and probably even the NT kernel, with Windows 10, but it’s not like you can run Windows software on your Xbox One.
