A Jeep’s a Jeep..

Diesel Expedition — just because you’d be one less person with a predictable Suburban. And everyone I see in a Diesel Expedition means business (or does business), which is the opposite of the ‘Burban. Alternatively, maybe a Ford E-class van with the 4WD option.

How many times must I trip on my shoe laces before we realize those shoe manufacturers don’t know what they’re doing?

isnt that one of the schools in the harry potter series?

I’m going to have to ask you to leave now, please. Don’t make a scene.

An extended cab small pickup truck. Why? Cheap to buy and cheap parts. Insurance will be low since it is not a 2 door car. You can haul toys in the back if you want to go to the lake or whatever. If/when you go to college you can haul all your gear down there with it as well. Most trucks have lots of communities

Well, that’s why I posted the custom versions. That end product is what I think will sell. You can still build your own modern version by taking industrial vans with a bare chassis and adding a custom bed, but those don’t have anywhere near the cool factor. I think stubby-nosed versions of the pickups people already

Huh, the soda people must be on a nostalgia kick. I just drank a Crystal Pepsi.

Had to look it up. Pretty cool.

Do you have science that proves this?

“if EVERY car built is a non hybrid, it will still be cheaper than if every car was a hybrid because the extra hardware required for a hybrid costs money.”

Well, depends on what you set those CAFE standards at. If the current fleet is at say 25mpg and you say 28mpg in 5 years, sure. But if you say 50mpg in 5 years, then you are drastically increasing the prices of cars. Suddenly everything has to become at least a plug-in hybrid. The average cost of a new car goes up

This is the 1%’s version of the people who trailer their bikes to Sturgis or Daytona.

Exactly, I think the more people into riding the more diversity and inclusivity.

I originally was looking for a maxi-scooter, but since I want to start on something used they’re simply harder to find in my area. My commute doesn’t involve any highway and figured I could always get a larger bike later if need be.

They say they failed at Victory, which btw had double digit growth within a few years.

Polaris dumped their entire marine division overnight. I would say the fact that they feel buying a Retail parts store was more important than moving Victory into other markets tells you everything you need to know about Polaris’s non-attachment to any vehicle type.

Yes, and forums are terrible places when it comes to being inclusive (or at least, not offensive).

I simultaneously want to go to this because these people sound so fucking cool to hang with, but also don’t want to be that guy.

Awesome! Sounds like a terrific scene. That’s how we do it: if the insecure little babymen try to push you out of the scene you love, say Fuckem and make a new one.

The purple was nice, and there was a lavenderish Lexus concept. But my favorite paint by miles was on one of the GAC concepts. A lovely rose-gold.

Certainly both are better than Dodge. I drive an 03 Silverado 3/4 ton (inherited, not necessarily by preference), granted it only has about 75,000 miles but other than some worn door hinge bushings that cause the doors to sag a little, it’s in very good shape including the interior. Part of what keeps me from
