I really do like this idea. I like most of Harley’s bigger bikes, but realize that they’re not going to keep the company afloat due to all of the reasons that have been beaten to death at this point. I think this move is really multi-fold, if these sell well that allows Harley to:

Nice. Good looking truck.

I take the MSRP on the configurators with a big grain of salt, my local dealership is taking anywhere from 10-13k off the top right away. Assuming similar discounts I got a crew cab 6.5' bed with a couple appearance bits and the FX4 package under 40, which isn’t too bad all things considered.

Yeah someone was making a dealer special new Lightning.

Yeah this is a confusing mule, everything I’ve heard says that it’s going to be built off the Ranger platform, but this is clearly a full size F-150 so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

True, but they can be had. They can be spec’d out on Ford’s website so I’d imagine that they’d let you order one if you really wanted one.

Would be news to me, I’m sure they’re super hard to find sitting on lots, but they let you spec one out so I’d think one could be ordered. In fact I know for a fact that someone over on Oppo has one.

Gimme Gimme Gimme.

Same size

If alcohol can be considered a topping then game on.

I’m just one millennial but I don’t relate to any of this. I get an hour lunch break and I’m gonna take every minute of it. If work gets pushed into my lunch break, then my hour gets pushed back a little. I get paid to be here 8-5, I’ll stay a little late/come in a little early if I have something pressing to get

That would have been fine too from a purely authentic standpoint as that’s probably how the car was built. I think the value in this though is as portrayed in the movie, RB swap and done up fairly nice. Now it’s just another Mustang.

It’s a fastback ‘67 Mustang, still a really cool car, but nothing special. Badging it as a fake GT500 is lame and the only thing that made this car stand out was the RB swap. Now it’s just another Mustang.

Obviously disappointed that it’s missing the RB, but along with that I’d almost rather it didn’t have an updated and fancy interior. The car was a half started restoration project that they pulled from the garage because they had nothing else and they had to get it ready for the drift-off in what I can’t imagine was

So all of those things actually do exist for the the 300, and they help the horsepower substantially. 4 barrel intakes are super easy to find, dual singles are out there, Clifford performance makes a twin Weber (2 barrel), and the factory EFI manifolds were port injection. At the end of the day the 300 is still a low

That’s actually disappointingly slow, especially considering what he spent on it.

That would make sense. I should really know this as I design running board brackets for these trucks, but I can’t seem to keep them straight.

‘09 for the 1500, ‘10 for the HD trucks, although they’re goofy as some are coil, and some are still leaf I believe.

Not a truck?

Studebaker - not a truck, no physical separation from the passenger and cargo area.
