You played yourself. What is an “Asian” baby? Asia is a big continent with lots of peoples that look very different, including those you’d probably consider black, or more similar to stereotypically African than stereotypically Asian.

Chromosomes and genetic sex do not determine gender. But gender is seen in brain chemistry. Studies show it absolutely has a physiological component. Now, this may be socially constructed at some point, but it’s still real.
