Agreed, I would play the hell out of this game on PC. Only dropped the series because I have never owned a Xbox 360 or Xbox One and didn’t feel Halo alone was worth the purchase of them.
The non-lethal style was as slow as you made it. I played non-lethal and it was a frantic menagerie of sprinting and darts and blinking out of sight of guards. Don’t criticize the game design for your boring playstyle.
The graphic card is the fastest of the 2, if you go for a “lower” CPU and a higher GPU there would be a bottleneck and become a waste. That CPU and GPU combo is good enough.
