Nice. After some banter, acknowledging the bullshit encore tradition.

Look out. There's a Phantom Power block coming.

Agreed. He's stepping back from being 100% aggressive on every song. I thought Wheat Kings suffered from that approach, but it's been all good since. I was glad he went much more gentle on Fiddler's Green (damn song almost broke me).

Here's my concern.

Were there checkerboard floors?

Had they been talking to Elliotte Friedman and thought they were robbing Michael Phelps?

Chill.

Good article, except:

Wrong emPHAsis.

Does Barenaked Ladies not count as alternative rock in your schema? Do you define "alternative rock" as the bands following the format and sound of Nirvana and Pearl Jam — which others, including myself, might otherwise categorize as "grunge"?

Very good read.

Try out Star Wars Battlefront. Also made by Dice and it's visually stunning.

Now there's your Gladiator 2! Historically and geographically correct accents!

He can be two things.

BTW, for a greatest hits, A Sides Win is pretty good.

Went through the archive. You were right!

Same age. I was a "Rush and nothing but Rush" guy in high school. I got into an argument with someone through desk graffiti in my first year geography class about whether Sloan or Rush was the best Canadian rock band.

So when Sully says goodbye to Boo, it destroys me, even more so now that I have a three year old little girl. But just as awful is when you hear her excitedly proclaim "Kitty!" at the end. Yes, it's a happier ending, but it still screws with me.

Upvote. Maybe I'm lame (wait, I am lame), but this is the first time I've seen it applied outside of Star Wars news.

My guess? Vader appears at the end long enough to slaughter (almost?) the entire team of spies, including Felicity's and Diego's characters right after they get the plans sent. That might have been something Disney wanted toned down.
