The greater the surface area of contact between the ice and the water, the faster the heat will be absorbed by the ice, and the faster the water will cool down.

Wouldn't be surprised if Musk wrote that himself.
There’s a post on Reddit from r20 staff that’s still the third most down voted message on Reddit.
Yeah... I don’t see it. Mind Geek is going to have an uphill battle here, but Visa? While obviously the same regulations don’t apply, I would liken Visas position to that of an ISP: it’s not really up to them, nor should it be, what people use their service to do.
I get the rationale behind comparing them to the AirPods... but it also seems like a poor choice. I doubt that many Android users will have much experience with AirPods, I would have liked to see some comparison to Samsung’s Galaxy buds.
Think of it like this:
Read a Bible some time. Fun fact: the Bible says that the way to tell if a (pregnant) woman cheated on you is for her to drink some poison. If she has a miscarriage (abortion) then she must have cheated on you. If the fetus survives, it’s yours!
Lol, how does this have anything to do with market discrimination? You don’t offer a service or sell a product, therefore you aren’t part of the market. That’s like saying that Google not showing results for my house when someone searches for “Italian food” is somehow market discrimination. The fact that there is an…
The prices don’t make a lot of sense:
Can I sue on behalf of the English Language and all those who speak it? “Meta” is a great word, and Facebook doesn’t deserve to use it.
I think either is possible, but the almost guaranteed outcome is Facebook agreeing to settle for some large amount of money that makes the owners of Meta.is very rich.
Yeah, the story is dumb. But if anyone can pull it off...
But consider: low hanging fruit. It's just... An office, with a bunch of mini figures. There doesn't need to be anything all that special in this set.
It’s true that Foundry is pretty much useless if you don’t have at least a minimal GPU, or just skip out on dynamic lighting completely... but Roll20 is a terrible mess when it comes to performance.
Foundry VTT is the best choice if you don’t mind self-hosting, or paying for 3rd party hosting. Roll20 does have a free option, so I know that’s why some people stick with it. But if you’re willing to pay even just a little, Foundry is pretty much unbeatable.
If only Roll20 had innovated anything in the last... how many years has it been now? They spent years working on their laughable new lighting system, did they ever get that working?
Gizmodo invariably deserves it.
Nice job, you save the one piece of information I was looking for until the very last line of the article!
You completely failed the premise of the headline. You told us that kids in nice clothes are being banned... But not WHY!
Yeah, regardless of hoe they market it, the damn thing should have a big yellow sticker on it that says “Warning: This cooler keeps contents at above 40 degrees. Not suitable for perishable food items. Please contact the front desk if you need to store items at a lower temperature. “
