Same here, the closest I can think of a is a video of a black kid in someone’s driveway... but A. they just posted the video with a description of the kids clothing, no comment on race, and B. he was in their driveway in the middle of the night for no reason.

You know, I would love a tool for this. For instance, if I got a notification that said “hey, you are supposed to be at this meeting” and then gave me the options for “yeah, I went” and “no, I canceled” with follow ups like “did you go at the appointed time? When did you go?” and “did it end on time? early? Late?” etc.

I have considered this a few times, and I have even made mediocre attempts at it. But I typically don’t have the follow-through to maintain things perfectly. Maybe I should give it a better try though.

I’m operating under the assumption that she has never expressed such a notion, and he has no reason to believe this would be of significant importance to her. He doesn’t need to express this somewhat embarrassing information, because so long as he doesn’t have any type of STIs from it, it’s personal. Partners are not

Which is why I would suggest starting with telling her you weren’t a virgin, and only including the details of it being and escort of she asks for further details. I would say likely most people don’t really want to know the details of past sexual relationships, they just want to know A. whether or not they are first,

Because in all likelihood, they are still in love with the person. Love is a double edged sword, nothing can make us feel as good as the person we love... and nothing can make us feel worse. The fact is that cheating, as bad as it is, doesn’t hurt the partner (unless some STI’s get introduced) unless they actually know

Yeah, that’s the take I really don’t agree with on this thread. I mean, number 2 should probably go ahead and tell her... but it’s not them doing something wrong, so they don’t really have to do anything.

And what’s unfortunate, is that while this may be a fair price for what you get, many people are not going to be willing to pay that much because their budget simply won’t allow it. Additionally, there are a lot of small shops selling pizza at a price like that... and only a small few of them are actually better than

Exactly, the studs are your score and your “cash” for unlocking stuff. Solving the puzzles is the challenge in completing a level. The meter for how well you did is the score (in studs). Dying slows you down, and it messes up your score, but it’s not typically a failure (though there are certain puzzles that dying

Oh yeah, authors can't be bothered to fact check their stories! And proofreading is of the devil.

I’m just psyched that it will be on the Switch. One of the first things I thought when I got mine was "wow, this would be perfect for LEGO Star Wars, let me check Amazon..." but alas, there was nothing to find.

Yeah, but it’s not really a combat game. The goal is score based, and “dying” impacts your score.

The “20 years of LEGO Star Wars” refers to 20 years of Star Wars themed LEGO sets beginning in 1999 with the release of The Phantom Menace. It’s slightly confusing to anyone who refers to the video games as “LEGO Star Wars” and to the building sets as “Star Wars LEGOs” but the official nomenclature is what it is.

Yeah, in my experience being friends with kids, giving out your phone number, and being open and approachable are just attributes of the job “youth pastor” so I wouldn’t read too much into it.

But thanks to Let’s Go, they probably will be including Gen 1, since much of the work is likely already completed.

Additional question:

Yeah, characters would be a perfect option. We don’t need Rebels levels, but Sabine would be cool. And if we don’t get Ahsoka it would be a travesty - two versions of her ideally.

The mixture of races of course varies in different areas. New Mexico would of course be an area with significantly fewer white people compared to those of latin american descent. So it would make sense for at least some of the cast to not be white.

The issue I had was the age-up. The rest is just exactly what you should expect from a 20 year younger reboot of a series - more realistic representation. I mean come on it’s New Mexico... and the characters were all white? That doesn’t make any sense. And for them to all be strait is less believable than for three of

People don’t retell old stories unless there is something new to talk about. Aren’t just about all shows and movies involving aliens about racism? Aside from the purely “cool” factor of making up stuff that isn’t real, sci-fi and fantasy typically use unreal concepts and ideas as ways to illustrate real world problems.
