This is probably the worst step up in video game consoles. Already games are choking the PS4 and Xbox One to death.
Xbox One can barely handle Dark Souls III, with constant frame rate drops and graphical tearing.
Laughable. Utterly laughable.

Looking at the picture I can’t stop thinking about how she’s about to hurt her nose.
That’s running with the assumption that life has some kind of inherent value. Not trying to be edgy or sound tough or dark, but I sincerely accept that no individual life has value. There’s going to be 8,000,000,000+ of us on this planet. 9/11 didn’t make a dent, war isn’t slowing anybody down, and every one of us in…
They were held accountable for their actions by the nature of the results. They stole a car and crashed it into a pond and drowned. They panicked and failed to escape the vehicle.
This game has been out for a week.. STOP for a second, please.
People are like rutting pigs for covering DSIII, even to the point of faking Japanese citizenship for earlier exposure and it’s frankly turning me off on the entire community.
I very much enjoyed Brink. At least, as much as I could without ever playing it in multiplayer, but I guess I also bought it for $5 so I got a good return on my investment.
What multiplayer?
I’ve been giving friends free copies of the first two Dark Souls games and they’re all too intimidated by reputation to play with me. One is merely not interested in the style of game; with him it’s either shooters or sports.
I love the idea of playing through Dark Souls II with someone who hasn’t played any of From’s…
I think I want my Dark Souls III money back.
The hardest part of the game is getting over the 30fps lock, according to the discussion threads on Steam.
What a bunch of spoiled wimps.
I find it to be completely fair in its challenge level. Staying alert and reactive is the key. Enemy attacks are fairly easy to read and memorize but you’ll get punished for getting lazy.
Just stay on your toes, and keep hope alive in your heart.
I guess that goes for Dark Souls as well.
Dark Souls doesn’t require me to actually physically torture myself. Chain-Dashing around that little room? My arm cramped so bad but I had to get past 100. Finally got to 158 I think.
This is the first Dark Souls III related article I’ve looked at anywhere since the game released in Japan.

As for me, I’ve already decided. I don’t really care.
I like Corridor Digital but I’m skipping this one because of the Skittles commercial.
I thought about a pro wrestler using a bag full of legos instead of a bag full of thumbtacks. He’d be the scariest man on the planet.
At full stress your character will either snap under the pressure and start behaving in a hindering manner (of several possible varieties) or gain resolve and break through their fear and basically get a good version.
Heart attacks in the game are a terrifying prospect, but optional.
I got back in after the full release…
I’ve seen it twice in theaters, and would have bought a Blu-Ray copy if it had been out after opening weekend and still watched it again in the theater.
If they’re going to make me wait too long I imagine I’ll download a copy and put off the legit purchase.
Dark Souls II has something going for it less on a narrative level. Something about the locations and effects feels downgraded compared to DS, but it’s still fun to play. As I write I remember I bought my fourth copy of DSII last month. err.
Anyway I hope the next one isn’t relying on name power and my loyalty to make…
Splitting hairs: Technically the Lords did for the dragons, but Gods are somehow related.
I keep wondering about Fina, Gwynevere and Flame God Flann; and their relation if any to Dark Souls II
