JJ knows how to start a story, add some interesting ideas in the middle, but can not write a satisfying ending to save his life.

Maybe he’s afraid. Or maybe he’s tired, or hungover, or stressed. Or maybe it’s a consistent and ongoing propensity for drug abuse.

Your opinion is bad and you should feel bad.

Yeah, it’s mixed between “great Trek” and “greatest Trek

Why give your first ten trucks those same flawed tires?

You can’t compare the Evo to the WRX. You have to compare it to the STi only. Looking at it that way, 195 vs 118 on Autotrader is pretty comparable.

Mitsubishi never really made a proper lower tech, upgradeable and tunable car at the WRX price point (arguably the ralliart in the X generation was, but too little too

You answered your own question in the fifth paragraph. Everyone one of these things got ABUSED.

The all got rode hard and put up wet.

I never really go out to eat but I would 100% split an entrée, now, I had weight loss surgery and in no world could I finish an entrée on my own. Granted I would take it home, but if it’s something that doesn’t reheat well I would def split it.

I mean, sure, take up the whole lane and impede traffic. It’s your right. But I question whether pissing off everyone behind you is a “safe” strategy.

Ride slower, look ahead, don’t just put your head down and blast it. That way you’ll be able to see if the people in the car are about to open the door, and be prepared to stop in time.

I also acknowledge that I am very much an outlier in things like this. I live in a very walkable city where I can walk under a half mile and have a choice of over a dozen places to get food. Even on the occasions when I do order from restaurants, I am far more likely to order pickup than delivery, and for fast food,

The price of ordering doordash (etc) is not sustainable for people to keep doing.  Its insane actually.  They milked their customer dry.

It still bewilders me a bit that in the year of our lord 2023 people still order fast food for delivery, and pay colossal surcharges for it. I know we’re addicted to sugar, fat and salt, but can’t folks just like... get some peanut butter and jelly or canned tuna to keep around for quick convenience meals?

Independent restaurant owners operating out of ghost kitchens have to rely entirely on third-party delivery services, whose fees can eat into revenue by as much as 30% per order.

Between the added expense, delivery delays, expected tipps, fake or unknown websites and website menus, It is just easier to go get food at an actual restaurant. I get that mobility/transportation is an issue for many but not enough to support an industry.

I’m maybe on-board for this so long as it’s just trying to imagine the story of his candymaker past, and not some convoluted attempt to overexplain how Willy Wonka came to be the way he is. I think part of the brilliance of many of the original Dahl books is that they didn’t feel the need to justify why grownups were

I’m quite surprised by the good notices this movie is getting. The trailer(s) looked simply terrible. I wasn’t going to see it before, but now I simply can’t wait to not see it.

Fixed that for you

Relax, it is completely allowed and legal. Sometimes a necessity due to illness or family emergency. Do you want to deprive families of this important service?
