Why is it ‘your business’ what your co-worker drives or why.”

Look up the tragedy of the commons

Under the relevant legislation the government almost certainly had a reasonable requirement which they neglected to ensure that areas being used for training operations *aren’t* subject to clusterflubs like that and they can’t discharge that obligation by saying “oh the airfield owner shouldn’t have allowed it”

the airfield in question is literally a field.

None of your argument addresses if the army took due care to manage a reasonably predictable hazard or not which is how safety liability actually works.

If America just allowed *modern* kei vehicles instead of requiring them to be 25 years old they could have reasonably built ones with perfectly functional safety.

Australia absolutely allows you to import Kei Cars.

Motorbikes exist you know.

Australia has similar challenges but gets by on ~10%-15% smaller trucks - but cabover engine trucks are far more here than America which certainly helps.

Looking at American firetrucks they definitely seem to be less densely packaged than foreign equivalents.

In many markets places you would want to go with this would have quality public toilets.

M/V Aranui 5 is a dual passenger/cargo vessel....

You pay the same price in a strongly capitalist country - you just pay it directly, with no economy of scale and with middlemen taking a cut.

Obviously it should also apply to regular licenses.

Wing drones 100% have high res cameras - because high res cameras are dirt cheap and extremely useful for a whole bunch of drone tasks. They specifically have cameras to survey and record the landing zone to confirm they aren’t about to lower a hot coffee onto someone’s head.

They don’t have stabilised optics turrets -

It does have a stupid fast 0-100 to be fair.

Industrial shredders are a normal method of killing animals (usually Poultry) in factory processing settings.

They launch their heavy rockets from Hainan Island on the coast anyway - and their manned rockets from in the desert.  It’s only the Long March that launches from this location.

“We have to save cycling as a sport” is a dumb argument for why bicycles need to have road access.

it doesn’t have to be square though - they’d presumably cut or cast the basic shape out before loading it into the mill

“It can’t be done today so we shouldn’t try to fix it for the future” - Treesimon

I guess you could say that those worms....are screwed.
