I also recently had a Ford Fusion Hybrid and I actually quite liked it.

These are good questions to ask. Unfortunately, the likelihood of getting truthful answers in this day and age is somewhat low. My experience over the last 10 years leads me to believe so many things - rental apartments included - are a scam usually run by total sleezebags.
