My grandpa had a z31 automatic n/a. It was pretty lame, but at least it talked to you. These cars are pretty bad stock. I have a 280zx and it handled really poorly until I got swaybars. I imagine the same would be true for a z31 as they have a similar suspension setup. Think about the competition in the 80's though.…
Exactly. I’m tired of so-called enthusiasts ripping on CVT’s. If it’s got to have an automatic, might as well be a CVT. Traditional slushboxes are no better in my opinion (they all suck). I’ve recently acquired a subaru impreza with a cvt. Sure I wish it were a manual sometimes, but this thing actually gets 37 mpg.…
