That is so full of win I can't even think of a proper adjective that describes how full of win it is. Sadly, my fridge shelves are glass. :(

@ps61318: The Hasselblad is by no means junk in that sense of the word, I knew somebody was going to call me on that. I myself would mortgage out my soul to own a Hasselblad.

Is this how NASA will fund a manned mission to Mars, by selling off their old junk on eBay?

It was a terrible Futurama episode, I know, but can somebody say eyePhone?

I knew this was going to be awesome. The trailers were banal and lowest-common-denominator but I kept saying, "Aaron Sorkin! Woo!" And then people would say, "Aaron Sorkin, Aaron Shmorkin: Studio 60!" And I would say, "Yeah it was awesome." And then people would deride and laugh at me. And I would feel sad.

@somekindarobit: A former G1 user myself, I was pleasantly surprised by how blazingly fast and precise the paid version is when I installed it on my Milestone (GSM Droid).

I'm not certain if I could say it improves my productivity, but gStrings (guitar and instrument tuner) has been a lifesaver. First app I install whenever I reflash my phone.

@Celtic1888: I'm not going to buy one at the full price. It'll have to drop to $199 before I even consider it. But Logitech's the first to offer a GTV box, I wouldn't be surprised if the price drops once there are some competitors.

As if people didn't hate bluetooth headsets enough, now we can say, "Look, here comes that dick with the camera in his ear."

@evietoo: I don't know...book nerds are a weird lot. There are a few of us that see the practicality of having our entire libraries on a single device that's as easy to read as ink-on-paper, then there's those folk who'll want to be buried in a coffin made out of their personal forest of reading material. "I'll never

@Lucian Armasu: I very very highly doubt the Kindle device will be sporting Android any time in the near future, especially since right now Amazon is pushing the KDK at developers so the Kindle can feature its own 3rd party app suite. If they were planning on switching to Android by next year, all the work they [and

@tinkertank: I actually see plenty of drivers on ebay for reasonable prices, but the complete boxes seem to be pretty rare.

@DakotaEpic: I have professional-grade amplifiers, I actually prefer unpowered speakers, and if I was still doing audio mixing I'd snatch these up in heartbeat...but right now even $400 is out of my budget for something that's basically just going to be for my computer and record player.

Just checked ebay....looks like the NS-10's start at $700. I understand vintage appeal but if they were so ubiquitous, you'd think the price would be lower due to high supply. Perhaps everybody just wants to keep theirs.

@StandardResponse: I watched it straight through over 2 weeks on Netflix Instant. I'm considering buying the DVD's, but not-so-strangely, Netflix HD is better picture quality than a DVD - and I don't have a blu-ray player yet (let alone whether a blu-ray edition was published or not)

@talkingstove: I quite liked Studio 60. I think it's biggest problem was that it was billed by NBC as a comedy, which it was far from. And to really appreciate it, you'd have to watch the show from Episode 1 and go in order, there were so many subplots and interdependent threads that if you weren't paying attention

It was written by Aaron "The West Wing" Sorkin, did you expect anything less than awesome?

If the Boxee does Amazon Video + Netflix, I might grab one of these instead of a Roku.

It's a pity Party Down can't be on that list. I don't know what crazy jacked up mind decided it would be a good idea to take the show off of Netflix just as it was gaining popularity.

If Nokia built me a WP7 or Android device, I wouldn't dismiss it. The have a solid reputation for innovative and durable hardware. But these days I wouldn't touch Symbian with a 10 foot pole.
