@Vidal89: So do you not buy computers either?

@Andrew Covarrubias: I switched to USBank from Citi recently and have been incredibly happy. Even without the check scanning, I'd recommend them, it's been very strong experience both on- and offline.

@newtype: That's what I thought at first as well, that the UI was just a skin like Sense or Touchwiz or even Motoblurg, but they seem to have retooled how much of the OS works. Maybe I'm wrong but that's the definite impression the demos I've seen are giving.

This doesn't seem any more of an Android phone than the B&N Nook is an Android eReader. It might be based on the Android codebase, but it's been modified beyond recognition. Don't mean to be a pessimist, but I wouldn't hold out for Froyo or even Eclair.

Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is a Makerbot. Thanks.

USBank (primarily in the Midwest) is adding this feature shortly. It's already appeared in the online banking portal, but the feature has a "coming soon" message.

@not_a_name: Good deal. I linked around for awhile but couldn't find that page. I hate to see the CCL abused.

@Sc4Freak: No kidding, the style is near identical, this is a direct ripoff with updated stats and a non-handwritten font.

What, no mouseover text?

These were fantastic this round. But GoG Antiques made me laugh audibly. Speaking of which, I feel like playing Freespace 2.

@CustomFirmware: I was just going to say the same, essentially. For all that high-tech gear, the simulator graphics and sound effects sound straight out of 1998. GT5 would be awesome, but hell even Forza 1 would beat the visual realism of this system.

@Squalor: Ha. I see what you did there.

@Squalor: there's a lot of unnecessary margin there, but yeah it could stand to use some squishing for the sake of functionality and usability.

@Squalor: The spacing isn't too bad. If you've ever used a G1 you'll recognize that spaced and offset keys are actually very comfortable. What irks me is that there's so much surface area to work with and yet it's only a 4-row keyboard instead of 5. I like the directional arrows though.

@it must be bunnies: No kidding. If they're looking for somewhere "different", why pick the motion picture capital of the world? *Facedesk*

@teklife: For god's sake, I was only commenting on what the first guy said, and I already got corrected for it 3 times. Give me a fracking break. :P

@crikerat: Did they really do that? Apple Records (1968) came before Apple Computers (1976). I hope it was thrown out of court, and Apple Records countersued.
