@33rd°: That whole ship was just full of sexy crew members. Who doesn't have a crush on Nathan Fillion?

@serenada: I've still got a thing for Kaylee myself.
@GusF: River appealed to Firefly's demographic because she was a hot, kick-ass genius who was slightly [that is, completely] insane in the membrane. Every nerd-boy's dream girl.
A title sequence running too long, at only 1:37? Have you people never seen Quantum Leap?
@Mex: Or he could have sent an email to the fire department.
@ggodo: Yeah I have no idea what that is. The last time I touched a Lego set, I was still on IE4, so I'm certain Creator was the software I had.
The thing I like about this "concept" is that none of the pieces or minifigs are custom made/painted. With the proper sets you could build this stuff right now.
@Althestane: I had the Creator program, I don't remember actually being able to buy custom brick sets, but that would have been fucking awesome. Last computer I ran Creator on was a Windows 98 machine... been a long time.

Phone capabilities I would probably never use but 3G+ would be cool for online play while in non-wifi areas. Of course, if I have to pay for it, I'll pass. It'd have to be like Amazon's free 3G on the Kindle.
I've enjoyed your Futurama reviews so far. Nice to meet you Alasdair!
@Agrippa: I dunno, I haven't seen Maher in movies/stage either. Then again I've seen like 4 movies in the last 10 years, and one live show.
I haven't seen Sean Maher in anything since Firefly. For everybody else on that show it seemed be a career launcher/booster.
@Parge_Lenis: I've got 2.1, and soon 2.2 running thanks to CyanogenMod. The low-end specs are much easier to live with running on his custom ROM.
@certifiedfryguy: Ditto that. I don't use facebook anymore but I remember when I switched from Blackberry to Android, the thing I missed most was a decent FB app. I found myself using the mobile-web version more often.
@Liamish: Still shows a padlock when I go there. Maybe I have to have an account.
The tvtropes.org random article button has been broken for a month now. This is the worst summer ever.
Because of the insane configuration of my home and office networks, I used to have a lot of trouble setting up Remote Desktop even between Windows 7 machines, now I use Live Sync Beta. If you've got the software running on both machines, it's literally two mouse clicks to remote into any computer registered on your…
