Just moved into my apartment (after 2 years with mom and dad HALLELUJAH) and I too have the blank wall problem... thankfully the room was already painted a nice cream color. Didn't want to ruin the walls too much, but also wanted to arrange as many posters on it as possible.

When you're dirt cheap like me... you don't mind the standard buds. WAAAAY better than any off-brand (IE Skullcandy) earbuds I was used to.
