Bioshock. Yes, I know it’s supposed to be part horror and failed utopia but there’s something incredibly alluring about Rapture’s dimly-lit tunnel-tubes and art deco architecture.
For me i’d have to say my favorite video game world is either tamriel from the elder scrolls games or the version of earth in the persona games
Ivalice. It’s so well-filled and thought out. So involved and so full of life. It’s honestly my favourite game world of all time.
