It's true. A great DM can turn a typical game into a magical experience, but I also believe that you shouldn't let that hold you back. DMs become good DMs through practice, and if it's something you or your friend are interested in, recognize that it takes a lot or work. Don't get discouraged! Watch and play with…

Probably lice since I've been scratching my head at Nintendo for quite a few years now.
Look, all I can say is hang on. I've felt that way and continue to do so. This. I have DKC and DKC2 on the Wii, missed out on buying DKC3 when it was available (because I'm an idiot). Worth noting is that the EU has access to all 3 SNES DKC games on both the Wii VC and Wii U VC services. For my sake I hope this happens in NA so I can get the last one on my Wii.
Nintendo needed to compete with SEGA's "extreme" marketing somehow. Didn't turn out so great, but hey, they... tried? I think?
Personally DK2 was my all time favorite. From the world and levels to some welcome mechanics and that ssoundtrack... my Gawd that soundtrack... It's the best for me. I enjoyed all entries overall and am still waiting for a chance to play Tropical Freeze.
