That's the thing, they DON'T allow noclip in most games. That would be cheating and, frankly, remove all of the challenge. Everything you see in this video is the result of abusing the game engine and level design.
In the pause screen (the laptop you pull up) you can activate various software that you acquire. Software takes up "memory" so you won't be able to activate all of the software you find at once. The scanner along with the scanner software will allow you to read the previously-unintelligible tablets.
