1997 12V Cummins Dodge 2500 (with updated galvanized body panels) selling for close to the same price as it was originally. Long bed, ext cab 4x4, NV4500 5 speed. As long as you could keep rust at bay it would be a truck that would likely you. This was the cream of the crop. Simple bullet proof mechanical Bosch P7100 i

Y tho, they are already massive.

Impressive, my Girlfriend’s 16 Civic is pretty ridiculous. She averages 37-40 for a normal week. She just took a trip Indy to St. Louis and averaged 42 mpg for the whole trip.

I have put almost exactly 40,000 miles on my 16 5.3 4x4 Silverado 1500. Real world compared to my previous 2wd Hemi Ram is worlds better. Hemi was good highway and got about 1-2 less MPG towing but city was awful. Normal week I would easily dip down into the 13 mpg range if I let it idle at all at stop lights. With

Induced, he’s yanking the wheel all over the place at corner entry then it slides.

The worst car they purchased was an 07 Dodge Nitro with the awful 3.7. Otherwise it was mostly cars Dad sold for no super good reason.

It does demand you have the ugliest rear wheel wells on the face of the earth. Always why does eco friendly = ugly? Maybe we like to save the earth while looking normal.

Spoiler alert, Goodyear makes the worst tires on the market. I have had 0 luck with any set I’ve ever owned/would never again pay actual money for something MFG by them.

I do need a truck, I haul or tow almost every single weekend all summer long. Within financial reason I picked what I thought is the most fuel efficient truck that meets my needs. I go through cycles where I think I could buy an older truck and a newer eco car but financially the argument gets debunked every time I

How long until someone launches a lawsuit on Honda saying the shift mechanism is confusing?

I am sure the dollar store stuff is cheap enough. I usually bag then put them into boxes labeled as sections of what I am working on. Drives me insane to lose bolts. About to toss a 351W bottom end together Saturday, its all boxed/bagged and ready to go.

Plastic baggies/Sharpies for all.

Limited slip is king. I don’t think I have ever owned a car that A) didn’t come with one or B) I didn’t install one.

Good reasons, 67 Satellite at home in the garage. Blue as well. 66-67 Dodge and Plymouth B bodies. Come of the larger C bodies had the same B pillars as well.

Is it that bad for you? We use it exclusively at work it smells sooo good. Should I stop sniffing it?

My 2010 Recommended 89 but said 87 was ok. I only ever ran 87 and it probably had 70K worth of towing miles on it. Never hurt anything one bit and ran like brand new. The rest of the truck though......

Curious why Genesis doesn’t have a luxury level crossover. Seems like a no brainer. People love expensive luxury vehicles and are trending away from luxury sedans at an alarming rate. Sooooo, luxury crossover?

Agreed, I tow a lot. Like almost every weekend. I see the wreck photos 15-20 year old trucks and they are scary even without a trailer. Now add 4000 lbs of trailer and another 1200 of payload pushing you along in the same wreck and that’s Terrifying.

I prefer the 16-18 grill because it slims up the nose look. I agree on the interior, it isn’t especially offensive but it’s fairly bland and the extra pods around the outer air vents that look like the radio cluster are odd to me.

V engines do not run smoother. Inline six is the most inherently balanced/smooth engine design across the board.
